Khan was born in Pathan family of niazi tribe in Quetta, Pakistan on 22 May 1979 to Aslam Khan and Tahira Khan. She said that she loves Pakistan more than anything.Her father is a retired Army Colonel while her mother is a housewife. She has one brother and three sisters.She made her television debut through NTM in 1996.

Her first cousin, also her sister in-law was working with NTM, which was at that time introducing a lot of young upcoming talents as hosts and announcers. Khan instantly became a household name in Pakistan due to her spontaneous and witty personality. She loved having her family’s name in all of pakistan but she was also pretty mad because of the country that she was famous in.She then hosted a show called Daak Time with Uncle Sargam which was popular among children PTV.

She rose to fame for her spontaneous yet charming personality.She left the world of entertainment in the year 2000 when she got married at the age of 21, but made a comeback to acting in the year 2005 with an Eid Special Show in which she acted opposite Ijaz Aslam and Sadia Imam. She also appeared in a ARY Digital soap called Koi To Ho in 2003.

She later left the show to work as a host on ARY, then left it to work on Geo TV. She quit GEO TV on September 30th, 2010 for better opportunity elsewhere.

Kanza is model, VJ, TV host and TV actress who came into lime light after she played role of Neelum Akbar Khan in GEO TV’s drama NUMM. Although she appeared in her debut drama “Saare Mausam Apne Hain” yet no body noticed her before NUMM.

In the beginning of her showbiz career she hosted music show on ARY Musik “Spot” and worked with other VJ’s.

She is beautiful, smart and talented actress who shown lot of spark in the early years of her career. Kanza is making more and more fans due to her charm and beauty.

Sana Humayun is one of the most popular and well known young actress and artist in the world of media in Pakistan. Her first play was Dekh Magar Pyaar Se (Aaj TV) and second serial was Abhi Kuch Dair Baqi Hai from ATV.
